Old Captain Nemo

Haven't post in a while..

Here's one of my Captain Nemos i did a while back ago for bfa class. I redid a new Nemo, for this one didn't get the right feeling, as he had to much personality and the color palette was to saturated.

Thanksgiving is coming up. I need a breaaak. haha

Some School Work

Heres a few that i like...Spent about 3-4 hours each. I worked from b&w, then rendered it in color....so mayyybe that's why it took longer than it did. haha

A quick 40 min practice. Im more focus on sense of color. Lately i've been looking and trying to observe from some great artist ala Nathan Fawkes, Paul LaSaine, and Paul Felix. Really Inspiring stuff they have. I still feel i need to add texture, contrast and little details to punch it further. But it's reading well at a small scale (i hope lol) which is what i want more at this moment. I have a long wayy to go. Next time..i want to get crazier with my shapes..
